Discription

Marahau is largely a tourist community with many businesses being associated with the tourist industry. Marahau is the gateway to the Abel Tasman and from here you can depart on your walk or catch a water taxis taking you further into the heart of this treasured National Park. Famous for the line up of tractors and trailers on the flat sandy beach which are used to tow the water taxis.
